Here is where you're going to find recipes that I want to try, have yet to try, or have made and loved.
The truth: I know very close to nothing about good nutrition. I consider myself on the lower end of the "well-informed" spectrum. In all honesty, I'm a little nervous to post good recipes I've found around the web because like, what if I look like an idiot? What if some recipe that I think looks amazing turns out to be absolutely awful for you?
Then I remember that there is literally going to be maybe 5 people who read this. Maybe. Any other pageviews are just me refreshing obsessively. So here we go.
Beltsander Brownie
Gotta give @the_beltsander on Instagram credit for coming up with this recipe for a very simple (woohoo!) high-protein brownie.
The recipe is as follows:
1 scoop protein powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa
1/4 cup milk
I tried it. It was delicious. 5/5 for anything made with protein powder. If it's a little too bitter for your liking, I added a little bit of Cool Whip which made it stellar. No photos because I ate it too quickly. Should also note to use a high dish, because it really rises when it's in the microwave, but deflates pretty quickly after that.
